Refund policy


We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging it is easy. Items may be returned within 45 days of receipt as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your item with tags attached.
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return using our prepaid label ($9.95) or your own carrier.

Returns must be shipped within the 45-day return window.

How Refunds Are Issued

Orders paid online with a credit card, Shop Pay, Afterpay, or other online payment methods will be refunded to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.

Orders placed using payroll deduction are issued as store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used both online and in-store. Please note that payroll deduction returns must be mailed back and cannot be returned to one of our retail stores.

Need a different size or style?

Request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return your item. Once received, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

If you'd like a prepaid return label, we can provide one for $9.95.

Returns After 45 Days

46–90 days: Store credit may be issued at our discretion
After 90 days: Returns are generally not accepted
