Full-time and part-time employees who have opted in through the employee portal.

Not eligible: Supplemental employees and Employees on FMLA.

Maximum purchase: $1000
Payments spread across up to 3 payroll deductions

Deduction schedule:

$150 or more = 3 deductions
$75–$149.99 = 2 deductions
$0–$74.99 = 1 deduction
