How It Works

To use Payroll Deduction, authorization is required—but the process is simple.

  • Shopping in-store? Visit the Human Resources Office to get your approval form. Bring it with you to the Asheville, Greenville or Spartanburg store to complete your purchase.
  • Shopping online?
    Before placing your order, please fill out the form below. Once the form is submitted, you can go ahead and place your order online and select Payroll Deduction at checkout.
    Your order will be placed on hold while it’s reviewed for approval by your employer.

    If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your order is being fulfilled.

    If not approved, we’ll email you with next steps.

Deduction Breakdown

The maximum amount allowed per payroll deduction purchase is $300. The number of deductions should be selected at checkout based on the total amount of your order:

  • $0 – $60 = 1 deduction
  • $60.01 – $120 = 2 deductions
  • $120.01 – $180 = 3 deductions
  • $180.01 – $240 = 4 deductions
  • $240.01 – $300 = 5 deductions

If you already have a uniform balance, it will be subtracted from the $300 limit—and your new order may be reduced accordingly to stay within the maximum allowed.

How to Check Out Online Using Payroll Deduction

  3. You’ll see three fields appear—please complete all of them:
