  • Number of deductions should be selected based on order amount

    Under $50 = 1 deduction
    $50.01 – $100 = 2 deductions
    $100.01 – $150 = 3 deductions
    Over $150 = 4 deductions

  • Outstanding balances at separation will be deducted from your final paycheck. Any remaining balance will be billed.
