This convenient program lets full-time and part-time employees make online purchases and pay over time through payroll deduction.

Program Details

• Maximum purchase amount: $400
  
• Payment plan: Up to 2 payroll deductions (Pay Sept 18th & Oct 2nd)
  
• Eligibility: Only full-time and part-time employees are eligible – PRN employees are not eligible for payroll deduction
  
• This program is available online only during scheduled quarterly sales

How It Works

   Shop during the designated sale window
   
2. 
   At checkout, select Payroll Deduction as your payment method
   
3. 
   Enter your employee ID, choose Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters from the drop-down, and select the number of deductions (1 or 2)
4. 
   Your order will be processed once eligibility is verified
