  • Select Payroll Deduction at checkout.
  • Include your Employee ID and select AnMed under hospital name
  • $300 order maximum for payroll deduction. 
  • Your purchase will be deducted over 3 pay periods.
  • Outstanding balances at separation will be deducted from your final paycheck. Any remaining balance will be billed.
